This is the first time I've seen him with the bib pinned on the shirt.
Most of the time he wears the bib low down attached to his shorts... and he appears to have a shirt, often tucked out of the way at the start, but with potential to "fall" over the number on the bib during the race. Refer to the photos from the Providence Marathon for examples.
Kip finished as 7th M4549 Master at Vermont City.
